• PropExtract: A document data extraction service that uses OCR and AI to extract structured data from PDF documents.
• Custom Automation: Tailored AI automation solutions for business workflows.

3. Demo Usage

Our PropExtract demo service allows:

• 5 free extractions per account
• Processing of PDF documents up to 10MB
• Export to Airtable

Demo usage is provided "as-is" for evaluation purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Not upload malicious files or content
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt our services
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. The data extracted from your documents belongs to you. Rapteck retains ownership of its software, algorithms, and service infrastructure.

6. Data Handling

Documents uploaded for processing are:

• Used solely for providing the extraction service
• Processed by our AI systems and third-party APIs
• Deleted after processing is complete

7. Limitation of Liability

Rapteck provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Accuracy of extracted data
• Service interruptions or downtime
